Chief Operating Officer + Accountant

Scope of Work :

Take meeting minutes, set deadline & help check on progress of the tasks discussed during the meeting.

Start using & maintain a robust cloud accounting system to keep track of invoices.

In charge of making payment using company accounts.

Perform accrual accounting & simple financial forecasts based on recurring income of the company.
Calculate earnings of team members and create payment based on company template.
Help with application forms as well as drafting of documents.

Help document system & processes to maintain an up to date S.O.P procedure of the companies.

In short, mostly in charge of not only financial accounts but also accountability of team members as well as documentation.
This work will be across my 2 businesses.

Nature of work :
Fulltime
80% Virtual with about 20% of the time in person needed.
No fixed hours. As long as required job is done.
Communication mainly via Whatsapp & Zoom.

Fees :

RM7,500/month to RM12,500/month (Depending on experience)
Work travel fees, if any, will be covered.
May be sponsored for training to be up-skilled as CFO.

Detailed Oriented person.

Good Command of English & Accounting Concepts.

Curious & Open To Learn.

Can work remotely & independently without a manager. (Self Managed)

Background in investment banking (such as M&A), accounting firms or legal firm is a must.

Frontend Developer with experience working with VueJs 3, Typescript Tailwind

Scope Of Work :
Transforming backend REST API into intuitive and engaging web interfaces.
Enhancing user experience and ensuring our app is not only functional but also visually captivating.

🛠 Skills Required:
Proficiency in Vue.js, TypeScript and Tailwind.
Experience building responsible mobile web applications.
Familiarity with cross-platform compatibility for desktop environments.
🎨 Design Skills (Optional): While not mandatory, experience with UI/UX design tools
(like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch) will be a significant plus.
Ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.
